There has been a good deal of misinformation over what the annual dues are, for Vista Pines Home Owners. The current annual dues are $225.00. Invoices are sent out by February 1st and the total amount is due by March 1st. Dues not postmarked by March 1st are subject to a 1.5% per month interest penalty, until they are paid in full (18% per annum).
The dues are used to pay for electric bills for the street lights and the lights on the entrance sign and the water bill, lawn care, fertilizer and insect control for the entrance area.
